REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS for Redesigning, Hosting and Maintaining Airport Website

 The Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority (CMAA) is seeking written proposals from firms or individuals who are interested in providing website design services to create a new Airport website. Following design and implementation, the selected firm will be utilized to provide hosting and maintenance of the site.

Questions concerning the RFP documents must be submitted in email form to dvicars@chattairport.com prior to May 5, 2017 at 4 p.m. EST. All emails should reference RFP for Airport Website in the subject line. The deadline to submit a proposal is May 26, 2017 at 2 p.m. EST and must be submitted to CMAA, 1001 Airport Road, Suite 14, Chattanooga, TN 37421. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.

Request for Proposals for Insurance Broker Services

The Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority (CMAA) is seeking written proposals from experienced and qualified insurance brokers desiring to provide insurance broker services that include, but are not limited to insurance replacement and servicing, risk exposure analysis, general advice and claims assistance for liability and property coverage. NOTE TO PROPOSERS: Do not approach the insurance markets at this time.

All emails should reference Insurance Broker Services RFP in the subject line. Request for Statement of Qualifications
Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport

Master Plan

Statements of Qualifications for the Airport Master Plan will be received by the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority (CMAA), 1001 Airport Road, Chattanooga, TN, 37421, until 2:00 PM local time on April 17, 2017. The Request for Qualifications, including a description of the scope of services, the selection criteria, the required response format, and additional instructions may be obtained on the CMAA website at www.chattairport.com on or after Friday March 24, 2017.

All Respondents are responsible for checking CMAA's website up to the submission deadline for any updates, addenda or additional information. The successful Respondent must meet the DBE participation goal for this project, which is 10%, and sign a contract with the CMAA that includes Federal Aviation Administration provisions, if applicable, regarding Buy American Preference, Foreign Trade Restriction, Davis-Bacon, Affirmative Action, Debarment and Suspension, and Drug-Free Workplace, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

The CMAA reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this request in whole or in part; to waive any informalities, technicalities, or omissions related to this request; and to reject responses on any other basis authorized by the CMAA.

INVITATION FOR BIDS

CHATTANOOGA METROPOLITAN AIRPORT AUTHORITY

Sealed bids for the refurbishment of two (2) Stearns Airport Equipment "Transitread" Steel Plate Inbound Baggage Conveyors will be received at the Administrative Offices of the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority (CMAA), 1001 Airport Road, Suite 14, Chattanooga, TN 37421, until 2 p.m., on April 21, 2017. All responses should be marked with the Bidder's Name, Project Name, and Submission Date on the outside.

The Authority, hereby notifies that it will review and award bids in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4a and Title 49, Part 26, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act.  The Authority further notifies all Bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of age, race, sex, color, national origin or disability in its hiring and employment practices, or in admission to, access to, or operation of its programs, services and activities. The DBE participation goal for this bid is 0% in accordance with the requirements of the Bid Documents. 

The Airport reserves the right to award a contract to the best responsive qualified bidder taking into consideration vendor qualification and experience, quality, delivery, workmanship, services, facility requirements, price, and warranty.
