Request for Qualifications for Voluntary Airport Low Emissions Program

The Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority (CMAA) invites interested firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide assistance with the preparation and submittal of Voluntary Airport Low Emissions Program (VALE) and other low emission grant applications for the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority.  Additional assistance may be required in relation to air quality improvement and sustainability projects at the airport.  The awarded contract will be for a term of not less than one year. 

Questions regarding this Request for Qualifications should be directed to the following individual in writing prior to September 20, 2010.  No verbal questions will be accepted.  Interested firms should submit one original and three copies of the Statement of Qualifications no later than 2:00 PM EDST on Thursday, September 23, 2010 to:

Request for Bids for West Airfield Development Contract

Sealed bids for the construction of WEST AIRFIELD DEVELOPMENT-CONTRACT 1 will be received by the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority at the Airport Administrative Offices in the airport terminal located at 1001 Airport Road, Suite 14, Lovell Field, Chattanooga, TN on August 26, 2010 until 2:00 p.m. EST, and immediately thereafter will be opened and publicly read. The mailing address for the above location is Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority, 1001 Airport Road, Suite 14, Chattanooga TN, 37421. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held August 12, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the CMAA Board Room, 1001 Airport Rd, Suite 14, Chattanooga, TN 37421. Immediately following the meeting a tour will be available of the project site.

Scope of Work: The project consists generally of construction of two buildings and related sitework as follows: A 9,000 SF Fixed Base Operation Building consisting of a steel framed structure, metal wall panels, metal roofing, brick veneer, mechanical and electrical systems, sitework and other related work as shown on the plans and as described in the specifications. A 12,000 Aircraft Storage Hangar consisting of a pre-engineered steel frame, metal siding, metal roofing, mechanical and electrical systems, sitework and other related work, as shown on the plans and as described in the specifications.
