Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport offers many of the amenities found in larger airports with the convenience and hospitality of a smaller airport. Below you will find details on many of the services we offer.

Information Booth

The information booth is located on the first floor of the Airport Rotunda before the baggage claim area.  The info booth is staffed with Airport volunteers Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Community brochures to attractions throughout the city are available, as well as maps and driving directions.  If you have a question regarding the Airport or community, stop by and the attendant will be happy to assist you.

Hours of Operation

The Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport is open 4:30 a.m. – 12 a.m. (or the last flight of the day), seven days a week.  Operating hours for individual airline ticket counters vary depending on their flight schedules. Please contact your airline for their respective hours of operation.
