About Wilson Air Centers: Kemmons Wilson, founder of Holiday Inns, forever changed the hotel and hospitality industry with his innovative philosophies and ideas toward customer service. Today, these philosophies are not only alive and well, but have been adapted and updated, as they have been applied to modern-day FBO services.

By using these original philosophies as a basis for operating modern FBOs, Wilson Air Centers have changed the aviation services industry for the better. They know pilots have many choices when it comes to FBOs. That is why the priority has been and always will be the customer. This is reinforced by the company-wide policy of never saying "no" to a customer request. Team members are encouraged to find ways to accommodate these requests and to go to the next level if a solution is not apparent.
